No, only the technology and related assets are being acquired. 3AM Solutions will continue to operate as an independent company.

No. Pricing will remain the same during the transition period.

Dynamite VSP and Dynamite SIM will continue to be sold as standalone products through 3AM Solutions' existing authorised reseller channel for the near future. What's next for 3AM Solutions?

3AM Solutions will continue to maintain a relationship with its existing customers, continuing to provide product support for a limited period, training and consultancy services, and to develop great new products aimed at the civil engineering industry.
