Johan Kuppens - GEoNIUS
Johan Kuppens is Managing Director of GEoNIUS Belgium, the export arm of the GEoNIUS
(formerly SPI) group. GEoNIUS delivers specialist services - such as 3D-modelling and
visualisation for highway and railway design - to consultants, contractors and design &
build consortia involved in major infrastructure projects. GEoNIUS also developed a
database application, the ProjectCUBEŽ, to manage and report Project Control Information
during the construction phase.
Johan has over 20 years of experience in the field of 3D-applications for civil engineering. He was formally a director of Infrasoft Limited and was responsible for Infrasoft operations in the Benelux and Germany. Johan organised several national and international conferences focused on software solutions for civil engineers. He has degrees in Civil Engineering and Business Administration.
