Tim Messer - Parsons Brinckerhoff
Tim joined PB as a technican around 7 years ago in the highway design office in Cardiff.
Tim subsequently went on to play an important role in helping to establish PB's new visualisation team. He now leads the provision of in-house training in the team and has gained a variety of experience including overseas work in Kuwait.
Tim's Software experience includes Dynamite VSP, Autodesk 3ds Max, Google Earth, Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere and AutoCAD.
