Paul Brown - Parsons Brinckerhoff
A Civil Engineer, Paul has 26 years experience in the planning, design contract preparation
and management of highways and infrastructure projects. As an MX user for over 20 years
Paul has developed PB's in-house training courses which he runs yearly.
More recently, Paul has developed a 3D Visualisation Team for PB which has now expanded to 6 in the UK making his team PB’s centre of excellence for Europe, Africa and Middle East. Paul has a wide range of international experience particularly Ireland, Turkey and the Middle East.
